At the Fair, you will find ideas, products, and services to help you build a "sustainable lifestyle" and simply "live smarter." The event is free and open to the public. The Living Smarter Fair features local builders, remodelers, home construction product vendors, healthy living specialists, and landscape and garden centers. It also includes free how-to workshops throughout the day, drawings for prizes, and children's activities.

  • Energy and Environmental Sustainability

Some say that life dramatically changed for all of us the day that oil prices climbed to more than $100 per barrel. The Fair's experts will help you put your house on an energy diet and do your 'bit' for the environment.

  • Home Improvement

With the Fair’s experts and workshops you'll transform your home with inspiration and ideas for home design, decorating, home improvement, and more.

  • A Zero-waste fair

The "Living Smarter" Fair embraces the highest standards of environmental stewardship through a selection of environmentally-minded exhibitors and programming and making the Fair a ZERO-WASTE event. Help us reduce waste during the event.
