In addition to voting at the polling place on election day, voters can vote early, either through the mail or in person.

Voting through the mail

Complete an application at and a ballot will be mailed to you, or call 651-266-2171 to request an application. Once you complete the application and mail it to Ramsey County, a ballot will be mailed to you.

Absentee/early voting at Ramsey County Elections Office, the Ramsey County Library in Roseville and the New Brighton Community Center begins 45 days before the election
