Parking is largely limited to street parking on neighborhood streets along the route. Larger parking lots are available at Roseville City Hall and the Roseville Skating Center.
Food vendors will be located on both sides of the street at Central Park - 2540 North Lexington Ave.
Each year the Volunteer Rose Parade Committee selects Grand Marshals for the Rose Parade. This year, the first back since 2019 due to COVID-19 pandemic, the Committee chose three Grand Marshals who contributed significantly during the pandemic.
Roseville Police Department: Officers at RVPD were on the front line throughout the pandemic, continuing to keep our community safe and aiding those in need. RVPD is comprised of 53 officers who proudly serve our community with integrity and respect.
Roseville Fire Department: Roseville Fire continued to serve our community throughout the pandemic, not just in fighting fires but also responding to medical emergencies and coordinating the City’s COVID-19 response. Roseville Fire is composed of 33 Firefighters who are committed to the health and safety of our community.
Dr. Etienne Djevi: Dr. Djevi is an infectious disease doctor with St. Paul Infectious Disease Associates. Dr. Djevi has been treating patients in five of the busiest COVID units in the Twin Cities throughout the pandemic. In addition to his work as a physician, Dr. Djevi contributes a significant amount of his time to the City as a member of the Human Rights Inclusion and Engagement Commission and as a member of the Roseville Police Department’s Multicultural Advisory Committee. Etienne and his family have resided in Roseville for 10 years.
