Ongoing Opportunities

Roseville offers several ongoing opportunities to volunteerOngoing volunteer opportunities are for those who desire to serve on a regular basis and allow you to have a set schedule. The first step to becoming an ongoing volunteer is to complete a volunteer application or call Volunteer Coordinator Rachel Boggs at 651-792-7028. Some of these opportunities require a background check or special training.

Upcoming Events

Wednesdays at the Arboretum
Every Wednesday through October

8:00 a.m. - noon

Join the team of volunteers who assure that the public gardens are picture perfect and continue to spark community pride. Help weed and maintain beautiful flowerbeds that make this free public access space.  Join as an individual or bring your own team of friends, co-workers or family members.

We will continue our Wednesdays at the Arboretum as long as the weather holds.

Tapped and Uncorked

Friday, September 23

2-hour shifts

We’re looking for volunteers to help monitor recycling and compostable waste stations at Tapped & Uncorked. 

Volunteers must be 21+, no exceptions. Volunteers also must attend one training session on Thursday, September 22 at 6pm. Both events are at the Roseville OVAL, 2661 Civic Center Dr, Roseville.

Roseville Tree Planting Project

Saturday, October 15

9:00 a.m. – noon

Join us on Saturday, October 15 as we plant over 100 trees in Roseville. We will need many community members to participate, call today to reserve your spot.

Halloween at HANC!

Saturday, October 29, 12:00 – 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Volunteers are needed for the annual Halloween festival at the nature center. We need help with set-up, outdoor games and story stations. Non-scary costumes are encouraged.
